Ok guys here goes looks like all is good now and fixed misfire. Runs smooth in park and N but when I put in gear it runs rough but seems to clear up when I give it gas. It finally gave me a code P0016 and what is that and where is it located. Thx
I will also google it.

With that PO016 code, I know deep down you want it to be a sensor, but it is not. You need a full timing job done. Sucks, but its reality. I would get a reman Ford engine with warranty.
