Default Led lisence Plate problems

So the bulbs fit into the plugs, the plugs fit into the housing. But I can't turn the plug to lock it into the housing, I take the bulb out and the plug locks in place no problem. I'm thinkin the bulbs are too big or too long, any ideas?

There's the bulbs and plugs that goes into the housing

They are too long. And go with a high lummen (90+)white LED so it doesnt look blue when its in the lense housing.

That's my problem, I don't want white. I have 8k hid's so I want some blue led's in the back, problem is finding some that look good. Those are too colorful almost purple and don't show the plate well at all

I'm pretty sure you are required by law and DOT to have white lights for your plates...that's why the blue don't fit...

Better check... DOT is a Fed mandate, your plate needs to be seen from a certian distance.

As long as it says "DOT approved" on the packaging or the product itself it's legal
