Getting boosted-looking for input please
You can use a BAP many people do. I don't like them because they are a band aid and unless you are watching fuel pressures with a gauge theres no way to know if its failed or not until you have put your foot in it and popped the motor. This is a much better solution http://www.fuel-pumps.net/fordf150fuelpump.html
Scott I wouldn't worry yet about blowing the motor over fuel starvation. Many guys running Roush blowers at 10psi with 35" tires and they aren't having issues. Again a dyno and data logging will tell you where your at. But personally I would install the pump above and dyno tune the truck only once. You will have the fuel pump with capacity already tuned. Less money in the end and no worries.

Managed to break the tab on the light socket for the boost gauge today

The pod had to be "masaged" to fit the gagues, not only were the openings not the correct size, they where also out of round. guessing the pod was mass-produced in asia

Glad this project is doing well. Gotta give credit to Blownford for having all this information for guys like us. Now if only Whipple would have some sort of special on their supercharger kits...
I have passenger side header left, can't get it to get past starter flange in bell housing. Motor mount is loose and lifted . Started tearing motor down. Garage is not heated so taking my time.
