Getting boosted-looking for input please
The pass header is up in there.
Had to take the motor mount totally out, trans dip stick out, then busted out a die grinder and cleaned up bolt bolts on bell housing as well as metal gasket. Also removed nuts on cross member and then lifted motor as high as I could go, then persuaded the header in with a small pry bar.
Its in. The coating on the header looks like ***, but no one will see it. Have a business trip and my night work this week but tentative planning this weekend for blower install.

Not out of the woods yet. Hoping tonight to get the mount put back in and header fully mounted.
I've gotten very intimate with this truck in the past few weeks.
BTW, the studs on the top of the stock manifold have a different head size than the ones on the bottom. Bottom=5mm top=I have nothing to fit, they look like they are rounded from factory. Needed to thread multiple nuts on and use first on nut to back out stud.

Headers are on. Pass side is like right against the bottom of the cab....
Motor tore down, installed balancer and built up the manifold. Hoping tomorrow to get the bulk of what remains done.

Blower install thus far is going smooth.
However on the water pump bracket for this kit that bolts to the frame, it is too tall/long as it hits the factory hard lines for the power steering or trans lines.
Also noticed that the hose for the drivers' side LTR is a little snug between the rad and support, which we can "massage" with a die grinder.
However, on the LTR pump bracket, not sure what I can do here...
Once I figure out this bracket it is all re-assembly.

Here...follow along...

Some observations for anyone else with this kit.
Page 15, I am missing one of 77 or 76, instead, I got a tube with a 90 degree bend in it.
Part 91 on page 16 was also swapped out for a different style bracket that appears to move the pump higher, the ump is also swapped for a unit with a different bracket on it.
Part 98 I should have 2 of for the part 91 replacement and have 1.
Page 61, I do not have this kind of spacing between my rad and core support
page 63 and 64, their paper diagram mounts the pump too high into the hard lines for the trans cooler.
page 65, the wrong bracket is pictured, the replacement puts pump up 2" higher.
page 67 note the pcv hose step b, this isn't overly clear down the road but goes to brake booster...
FYI

I need to put the belts on, finish some vac lines, the water pump, "massage" core support be hind rad, tie in exhaust, finish gauge pod install, check fluids and then flash PCM.
Soon....
