Call them anyway - they *may* be able to fix it remotely IF you install Fusion on yer pc and connect the device.

If they can't you WILL need to send it in - if you don't, yer stuck with it - waiting 'too long' is kinda a silly reason for not doing that.

You like having an expensive paperweight? Good grief.

I have a gryphon with a custom tune. When I click on the 87 custom tune it still gives me the option to adjust all the settings. Should I mess with the settings or just leave em alone.

Leave. Them. Alone.

It's why you chose & paid for Custom - all the optimizations are already done for you - you'll end up making it worse, not better.

Yeah that kinda what I figured. But I also just wondering why they would still give you the option.

If you just paid for a custom tune, I would leave the new settings alone until I drove it to see how everything felt and ran. Then if necessary, I would adjust accordingly.

Just my opinion though, let us know how it goes, Im interested in buying a custom 87 tune as well

I've had the 87 custom tune for quite a while now. I still feel like it has more punch with a adjusted canned 93 tune vs the 87 custom tune.
