Dude, I think you might be good. You will probably have to switch your struts in there instead of the 4x4 ones like you mentioned. This will be especially true if it is fact a RCX kit. The only other thing that might get in the way would be your upper control arm. I dont think you would have a problem though. Also, I think the lower control arms should be the same width. If the 4wd one is wider, it wont bolt up to your crossmembers at all. I am going to look at Rock Auto and see what the part numbers are for the lower control arms and the upper control arms and see what the difference is.

I know what I did to mine when I installed my lift kit but its going to be different for you.

Yeah of course you would...take off the CV half shafts since they would just dangle there uselessly..haha.

I just looked on Rock Auto and the Motorcraft part numbers for the upper control arm and lower control arm look to be the same for both 2wd and 4wd trucks. I thought I read somewhere where the lower control arms are different but not that I could tell from Rock Auto's catalog.
Upper control arms were 6L3Z3084AR and 6L3Z3085AL
Lower control arms were 7L3Z3079C and 7L3Z3078C.

When are you going to go take a look at the kit? We shall see if anyone else responds later today about this...

Yeah the more I look into it the more I think you are right and that you could do it. I just hope I am not overlooking something obvious that would make it not possible. Then I would feel real bad telling you you could do it. haha.

Absolutely. If I were you I would definitely go check it out in person first. Just to be sure that it isnt beat to hell. Looks okay from the picture though. Make sure the strut spacers arent bent and ask why it is all put together like that...seems odd to me.

No it is a Procomp, I think you are going to have trouble with the knuckles. you have to use the procomp knuckles to make it work and being that yours is a 2wd the CV's are an issue. You CAN'T just remove the CV's as the carrier hub will just come apart when you get out of the driveway.

I would contact Procomp and see if you can retrofit a set of knuckles from a 2wd drive kit, should not be to much...
