I would imagine that you could cut everything off of the half shaft behind the outer half shaft and just install the nub axle in the front actuator hub and unit bearing. I am not sure because I have never done this but it might work and then you could use the kit as is.

I am becoming more interested in this and I see that you are in fact sort of local, I might be able to give you a hand trying to fit it but can't guarantee that it will work without really looking at the differences....
Iv texted the guy anx he has uet to reply what type of lift. I would go get it but i havs to sell my light bar then i can lol

I don't know, by the time you buy a correct of knuckles and any necessary rack pieces you may be very close to an actual new kit price...Iffy...

Seriously you might be able to cut the CV shaft basically inside the boot just behind the knub, it will still seal inside the actuator boot and will hold the outer unit bearing together...

Never mind, I just through of something else. You don't have the solenoid and air line set up to dissengage the actuator, the default setting for ford 4x4 is engaged, the solenoid keeps the actuator open and therefor allows it to remain stationary while the outer unit bearing spins on the axle.

You will burn up your actuator with that much highspeed highway driving....Don't get it unless you can get a set of spindle knuckles that can adapt, for that you will need to know for sure who makes it, not just a guess from someone on this website from a crummy picture....

The only reason anyone needed to know the actual make for was to contact the manufacturer to inquire about whether or not the 2wd spindle could be adapted to it. Installation is the same whether it is a BDS, Fabtech, Procomp, RCD, Skyjacker etc etc with very minor differences as far as 6" lifts....

Without a 2wd spindle that is adaptable to the 4x4 kit you will NOT be able to make this work without a serious amount of custom work to make the 4x4 knuckles work. Contact Skyjacker and see if you can get the 2wd spindle to work or just forget it all together...

You would be better off just getting a 2wd lift kit, will be cheaper in the long run...

You have to use the knuckles to get the upper and lower balljoints attached, there is no half way to do this, either all in or not....
