i'm not sure if they're legal or not. I figured as long as i'm not using blue i'm good. i've been pulled over for having blue lights on my car and motorcycle.


I've seen other trucks (commercial vehicles) with red side marker lights so I didn't question it. I have red lights on the side of my motorcycle now and the cops haven't said anything (yet).

Thanks for the tip using the binder clips. Just installed mine and the 3m tape wasn't holding great so I used your trick..

Glad it worked for you!!! The 3M tape didnt hold up for me either.
