I will try this, although I am iTunes challenged and am unsure how to, or if I can, put all my music on to a flash drive. But I'll look in to it, thanks.

As an experiment, I removed the ipod and line I had installed on the USB2 port. I plugged the ipod in to the USB port in the center cluster and interestingly enough this cleared up almost all of the issues I have experienced. I've been running it this way for 2 weeks now and haven't had a hiccup. So I guess I can't complain too much anymore as I was using sync in a way it may not have been designed to be used.

I completely understand the OP message in this one. I have a '10 XLT. I find myself swearing and yelling at sync all the time, can not understand a word of what i'm saying. I have to call on my phone the old fashion way and use sync as a speakerphone. Everyone I talk to on my phone has no problem understanding me. Navigation is absolutly horrible, embarassing and cumbersome. I just use my droid for navigation. And the mic's, i'm on mic number 5 in a year and a half. Eff you sync.

Where are you from, what sort of accent do you have? My 2010 works great, but I'm from North Dakota and have no accent. And how are you wrecking the mics?

Sync in my 2010 works very well. If I have a problem I just reload the phone book and it's happy again and recognizes everything........love it.

I tell her "Select Genre Country"
Sync Says...
"Press OK For Track 03" I want COUNTRY dammit!
We've been working on this one for weeks and she just won't listen to me.

I ask SYNC to "Get Messages" and she tells me she is calling "Massages."
