Check the phone volume. It's supposed to go to max, or just not affect bt use, but check it anyway.

I am sure Shaay has brought all these issues to the attention of the developers. That is her job. Do not sh*t on the Ford Customer Service team. This is not an official Ford web site and they are not even required to be here.

If it makes you feel any better, the link only took my to the useless sync website in general. I still haven't found any articles that help. I plan to try and unpair my phone and repair it sometime this week.

Sorry the link isn't sending you to the correct article. You can find SHOW NOTIFICATIONS in the settings on your iPhone. Select the "i" to the right of SYNC and make sure it is turned on. In addition, you must have SHOW ON LOCKED TURNED ON. Go to SETTINGS>NOTIFICATIONS>MESSAGES. These settings are specific to iPhone users.
