Service Manual says:
U2101:00 Control Module Configuration Incompatible
This DTC sets if the steering wheel switches do not match the switch function configuration data in the SCCM.
CHECK the parts catalog and CONFIRM that the correct SCCM and steering wheel control switches are installed in
the vehicle. INSTALL the correct components, as necessary.

Did you try clearing the DTC and see if it comes back? Reason I say this is because when I change values testing, DTCs often come up but after clearing them they seem to stay gone.

Has anybody tried restarting the PCM or any other modules using this? does it work?

So can this be used to update tire size? If so, I will experiment with this over the weekend.
