What pairing number did you guys use? When I get a pairing screen under Vista PC bluetooth, I use the one in the android instructions and it fails. If I enter nothing for default as it states, still nothing?

What am I doing wrong here, anyone know?

This looks promising, I'm going to be adding the Ford remote start module along with doing an HID retrofit to my new (to me) '12 XLT. I was hoping to avoid a trip to the dealer to activate the remote start and this might just do the trick. Sub'd!

That's a CANbus communication error. could be that the OBDII did not connect properly, try this procedure to connect

1.) With the key out of the ignition, insert the OBDII connector.
2.) Wait about a minute
3.) Put the key in the ignition and move it to the ON position without starting the truck
4.) launch the Forscan app

If you're using the OBDLink MX, then the pairing code seems to change everytime I pair it to a different device. Windows 10 picks it up automatically.

The OBDLink website says to use 1234 if it asks for a pin.

It's always best to return to stock via the tuner for the sake of not having it locked up if you flash the pcm back to as built. With that said, I left mine alone as I am not monkeying with the pcm codes.
