Ok the fun is about to begin! I see that the usb is really down there. I still can't see a good shot of it but I can tell you are running into something! So I know I could remove as I am sure you will be able to the USB and the line in plugs, then all you have to do is move it into the uplifter unit if you want. It is endless where you can put them. You could use the almost useless cubby below the 12v outlet , in the storage anywhere, I guess it is a matter if you want to have them in your face or out of view. That is nothing when you look at the project. I would go to the dealer and look inside one that has the flow through and you may be able to buy that filler plate where your climate control ends and the console begins.

The guys at the dealership could've made some more money off me if they would've shown me an fx2 haha. I do like it a lot. I will like it even more once it's complete. also, throughout the install, I took pictures. I will do a write up the best I can.

HUUUUUUUUUUGE thanks to Mamonti for all of his help. Could not have done this without you. You're the man!

Just got my console back from paint, nice metallic silver finish. Little lighter than oem. Factory paint was scratched up on the used console. Also painted the trim rings around the bezel. Will be wrapping my metra dash kit around the in dash ipad mini as well.

Thats awesome man- My console came with that raptor piece up top. Do people have interest in that piece or should I toss it?

Hmm. I already ordered switch panel parts but I'm sure somebody would give you a few bucks for it
