I have read this and look forward to your complete write-up with the vents and power hooked up. I have a 2013 xlt as well, so I will let you break the ground and then simply follow your lead. I may be interested in the raptor switch panel. Do you have the switches with it too? You can just PM me.

You all are doing some real nice work with those consoles. Where was this thread in 2010? I would have loved it.

I would take that piece from you if you don't want it

update...

I took my truck to the guy who made my sub box to see about having the cubbies made of fiberglass... well, he had a whole new idea that I hadn't considered.

what he wants to do is utilize the raptor switch panel and create useable power points by splicing the wires. also, he wants to extend the usb+aux panel and place it in the empty space where the switches are. So... in the raptor portion, he will add the 2 "cigarette lighter" to the left of the panel and in the empty square bring through the usb + aux line. the usb line that will be added here, I am going to add the usb 2 point to. that way I can continue using my ipod on usb1 and have usb 2 available to whomever is riding with me.

the portion of the panel where the center shift will continue to get a fiberglass pocket.

Still awaiting parts but he is very motivated since it will be something to add to his portfolio of work he's done. I should have bulk of this completed by the 1st of the year. Write up will follow of course, however since I am not doing the fiberglass portion, others will have to seek out their own ideas...

good deal! i started mine as well... completed the left side. dropping my center piece off tomorrow for fiberglass then figuring out some other "tricks".

to be honest... I may forgo the vent adapter install. i messed with it and it has proven to be more of a nuisance than is probably worth. will keep you updated
