I know this has been discussed in some length but I plan on doing this mod this weekend and want to have all of my ducks in a row.

1) I am curious if it is possible to make the flow through vents functional? are there vents that can connect under the dash to make this work?

2) since I plan on staying with the column shifter, is there anything aftermarket that I can fill the console shifter space with?


thanks in advance. I will likely have more questions upcoming, so atleast with this new thread I can detail how I complete the project for those who are less savvy than I am.

 

also, could someone with a 2013 WITH flowthrough console please take a picture of the console. from the driver seat looking straight through towards the front of the truck. I am curious as to whether this mod will make getting to the sync usb port and outlet difficult.

I would really appreciate a picture (pictures if you're feeling the holiday spirit) of the flow through console on a 2013... I have concerns with the sync usb port and outlet on front of center stack

 

it will work as it does now,, the console sits below that by a 1 or two!

I just remembered it is different on a 13,, I have to look at where it is since I don't have a 2013

 

after taking a look I will say it is the same so it will work with no problem.

 

I will be doing a full conversion soon and can put together a thread.

Waiting on my clazzio leather to come in, then I am doing leather swap, console swap, and in dash ipad install. Completely upgrading interior i guess lol.
