You will be able to move them as they are in the console storage picture above. All you will have to do is get or make the extended harness. where are they located now? I looked but didn't see anything below the sync badge! BTW look what I found!there is that piece I was talking about,, but I bet the hvac we have won't accept it!

Why is it that you have one for sale? Did you try doing the vents too? I didn't look into it as I put my Head Unit in the console so I knew I couldn't use the vents but I was just going over that with the OP as to if it could be done. Now I know anything can be done but I was thinking that the HVAC we have doesn't have the port for that tube to go to and unless you wanted to replace the whole plenum it wouldn't just bolt up.

If it will work, then I would definitely be interested in purchasing it from you. I will have to verify that there is a place for it to connnect with the HVAC system. also, my usb and power outlet are located in a storage bin directly below the a/c controls. I can send you some photos when I get off work. This is beginning to seem more doable! any idea what harness will extend the range of those ports?

could you send some pic's since I don't have a 2013? Or maybe someone has some they can post. I would think they have a harness that is an extension or the one that is shown in the storage goes from the console right into the audio unit. The question I have is can you use the plugs themselves or would you have to get the unit that is pictured. Again I assume the one pictured is for a nav system thus the audio video inputs and you probably only have a 1/8" stereo plug and a usb. The other looks like a memory card insert but the picture isn't big enough for me to tell for sure. I again would assume if it is, it is for the nav. So all I did was extended mine myself in two ways. first I just simply plugged a usb cable into the port and ran it to the storage unit, then the 1/8" stereo plug can be either hard wired, as I did or just buy a 1/8" male to female stereo cable! Now I actually like mine better as I have my usb hard drive hooked to the usb and the whole drive is slid up and under the lip on the inside of the storage unit. this does two things, one get is out of the way and can't be seen even with the storage unit opened and it doesn't take up any space, which is really not a problem because you could almost live in that thing it is so big! The other thing I would suggest to do is install a led light in the storage unit... I can get a pic or two if you would like to see it but again I stuck them under the lip and they light the whole area up very well!

I ran led accent lights under my front foot wells... was going to just jump off the +/- wires from there. i have the main wires ran from my amp (remote for power, and they are grounded to the truck).

my lady doesn't know this, but this will be turning into a "team building" project haha

I will post pics of the vent tubes tonight. These are hard to find its my understanding. I have both the long tube from the front of the console to the rear vents and the adapter to the vent in dash needed to hook it all up.

I am choosing to mount my inverter under my console so this space will be occupied.

Cool! I put a switch on the storage door and the glove box and have power to it constant so when you go out to get something at night you don't have to power up the truck. I used small contact switches, here is the thread if you are interested.
