I'm sure you have your reasons but that seems really like overkill to me.

I love LEDs but it's getting old seeing these street queen trucks speced out like a baja 1000 trophy truck. My opinion is the clean stealth installs are way better than the in your face mounting.

I'm sure it's bright as hell back there though.

Yeah it's pretty bright. Some people knock it but you're right I do have my reasons. I have 5% tint all the way around. An plus I like the look of it. I've heard some negative feedback on it but never insinuating Baja style trophy trucks. I also like the clean look..am in my opinion having something that is flush on your bumper rather than having something hanging underneath your bumper was in my opinion the cleaner options. I see construction trucks a the time with the cheap lights hanging off the bumper. Just comes off as tacky to me. So I stsrting cutting my bumper to pieces lol

I hear Ya, I didn't hang mine Nader the bumper as I'm with you, looks tacky, I mounted them up under which does limit them a bit but there is still a good amount of light to be thrown for backing up (my only use).

Hell of a good job on getting them all lined up and spaced evenly! Lo.

Definitely took some time making sure everythjng was perfect. A lot of double cuts due to me not cutting enough. Simply put of fear of cutting to much. All in all took me about 2 hours to get them mounted. And about 15 minutes wiring them up. I wired them through a led controller with a wireless remote. I hate switches in trucks. I like it clean inside.

I had figured they were the 1500 lumen ones if rigid and maybe less if eBay. Rigid it would be 9k, eBay... Well who knows. Didn't realize they were the big ones.

I just wired up my lights today, waiting until it gets a bit darker to see the final result.

I read the thread front to back and it seems like everyone is tapping power from the trailer controller or the taillights, which seems like the way to go but I wanted mine on a separate switch so I could turn them on and off whenever I want. I wired to the battery and now have a nice long wire running the full length of the truck. Has anyone else done this in order to keep the lights on a separate switch? I couldn't see how it would work on a switch without running the long wire.

The wire runs right past my rear shocks which is a bit unsightly, I'm hoping that gap guards will cover it up but would be interested to hear if there are better wiring options.

Ya I'm powered by the battery, the harness I used put the relay in the cab behind the dash so I have wires running to the back but atleast it is in the black plastic conduit so it looks stock. And I have a switch in the cab. So on-off-backup.
