Pistol mount
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying strip everybody of their weapons, but something needs to be done to regulate weapons. For example mags, transporting of weapons. And maybe I'm a little confused so feel free to sort me out, why the hell do you need fully automatic long guns?
I mean I've spent 2years in combat, and I have never had a need to fire on full auto, mainly because its not accurate fire, and it's a waste of ammo

I'm still trying to figure out why the heck you would want one so far away? But I'm sure you have your reasons. Is this something you want to unclip and then carry, or something to simply have access to? If access only, you could take a soft case, add velcro, and add velcro to back window wall.
Here are a couple different options that I've used before:

https://www.cooksholsters.com/flat-back-holster/
They have velcro on the back and will stick to carpet and things like that.
Another option I've used before when I wanted to leave my pistol in it's kydex holster, but still have the ability to secure it to a surface with velcro is this product from Vertx: https://vertx.com/mph-sub I just sized it around the holster instead of around a bare pistol.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the record 456 yr-to-date carjackings in Philly.....
Likely just as bad in other high-crime-rate cities. Take your pick.

What kind of .22 cal. are your referring to? A Ruger 10/22? Marlin tube feed rifle? Browning hand gun? Heritage revolver?
There are so many variables to consider with such a vague description.
When you ask basic questions you get basic answers. Try to be specific in your question, such as the type of gun and your intended purpose. You'll get better answers.
