I've messed around my the "screen" when it grabbed the audio portion of a phone call (several times) while parked, no key and I was only near it. Then I also undid the blue tooth on my phone and I think it's stopped that, what stopped it IDK.

For you guys that like this stuff.... somehow I activated the steering wheel shake thing accidentally and not knowingly. Our roads are **** and to avoid frost heaves and potholes one will use the whole road. (if no traffic) the shake wheel made me pull over to check the lug nuts!
I finally figured what it was (besides the loose nut behind the wheel) and figured I needed to go to the dealership and get it turned off. Along the same time I noticed the little green "symbol" on the dash that I didn't think was there before. Several weeks went by and sitting in the truck I noticed that same symbol on a button on the steering wheel. Laughing at myself I hit that button and the green light went out.
I never took symbols in school.
Hopefully you guys will laugh along with me, at me.
Lol the 3 and 4 letter abbreviations are most likely referring to the different modules in the truck.

Message me the VIN and it'll be easy for me to tell if everything is working the way it should.

I have not received an update since maybe back in September? I really can't remember exactly.
I've been getting this same "ghost" update for months:



My current sync version is 23291.
Can you check to see if I am having any issues with updates?

Please remove the VIN from your request and message me. Due to some changes that Ford has implemented, I will no longer be doing VIN checks publicly on any forum.

Ruggedraw I proudly have my truck doing the updates right now.
I'm such a dope with these gadgets!
on fordpass it gave me (in truck)
instructions to go to settings. I do that and don't see updates, eventually, like 15 minutes I learned that there's more options of the same screen IF you "scroll/swipe" to the left or right. 🥳
My ability to laugh at myself helped me though this trauma.
Thanks for your assistance and support and I saw your message about future look up. I hope your not catching heck over this.

Default Ford sync update issues

Hello everyone, I have a 2021 Ford F150 XLT and I have had issues with the Update process for my truck since getting it. I am connected to my home Wifi and I have a really good connection. For over a year now I have not been able to receive any updates even with automatic updates enabled and a scheduled time of 1AM for installation. I have taken it to Reuther for and I'm supposed to give them a case # that I got from Ford themselves. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!! Vin # is 1FTEW1EP4MKD32937
