Thanks MarkY....It worked both ways, saying "Hey Google" or pressing the steering wheel button. The only thing is, when I ask to "call"..whoever... I get choices on screen and asked who do I want to call. AA sees my contacts but apparently can't call them. What am I missing? Has to be something simple!
- Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone
- Select the gear icon next to the Ford Sync connection
- Verify that Allow Access to Contacts and call history is toggled on
