The taillight change was very minor and I don’t think it was the exterior shape at all, but the actual part that shines red for running/tails certainly changed.
The tailgate also changed on the 2018. They eliminated the small plastic F150 emblem and introduced the big F150 tramp stamp.

Thats right, forgot about the tailgate.

I bet we do see some small changes on this 24 that we don’t know about. Lots of stuff still covered up like the fog lights, front bumper and stuff. It would be very untraditional for them not to change at least something on the front end.

They'll change enough that people who know what they are looking at can tell which of the three year timeframes it is from pretty quickly and easily, I'm sure...but it won't be much and most people who don't know or pay attention won't know which is newer if they even notice

Not too much extra here. But intriguing that there is a full lcd instrument panel on what looks like an XL trim. Could be an engineering test mule.

Hmmm. Something does look different there.

Maybe they purposely put the older headlights on the other test mules..?

I wouldn't mind it looking like the new Superduty. That looks good to me.
