Its nice to not have to always carry keys around.
No!!! My family has loved this since we got our first one in 1990! All six of our vehicles still use my grandmother's birthday as the code :-) Does anyone know if this is true??

That would be a total bummer if they take the keypad off. It's one of my favorite features.

I have to believe they wouldn't remove the keypad. That's a quintessential Ford thing going back forever. Our family all pretty much has Fords and programs the same code in all of them, it's super convenient

I found it in the order guide, standard on the XLT:

SecuriCode™ Keyless-Entry Keypad, Driver's Side

But if I'm reading that right, someone looking at the passenger side of an F150 might assume there is also no keypad on the driver's side? Not sure if that's what happened.

It's possible they made it like the rest of the models where it's hidden until activated. The F-150 always kept the rubber buttons so you could use it with gloves on and I like that much better!

I hope not.

The physical buttons are are superior. The touch capacitive style are just plain annoying. They can be extremely difficult if not impossible to see before you press on them to activate them which often leads to the code being "wrong", they don't work well with gloves, and they don't work well with water/when wet.

The physical rubber buttons on the F150 are the way to do those.

Doesn't appear anything has changed with the keypad according to countless media photos and videos. It could even be seen in spyshots before the reveal.

Does anyone know what speaker locations were dropped from the B&O System?

2024 Has 14 speakers
2021 Has 18 Speakers

Is there a thread discussing the aesthetic differences between the 2024 infotainment vs 21-23? I noticed that there is a slight difference in the look of the software, and I was wondering if 1.) there are any other significant differences, and 2.) can people with 21-23 models update to the 2024 software?

edit* sorry, this realized this was a necro-post.
