The truck has been at the dealer since December 3rd. It was brought in early September, and since then, FordPass has not worked. Originally, I was having blackouts and freezing of the screen, which started as soon as I bought it in mid-July. What's funny is Ford Pass was working on it back then and quit working once they started working on the truck.
I do not have FORscan but will look into the adapter. Hopefully I will hear back from the dealership and Ford on Monday to find out where I'm at with the vehicle. My salesperson has talked about applying for the lemon law on the vehicle. I'm not sure if that is an option. The truck has been in six times now.

OTA history shows several updates failed due to them expiring and you have 3 active OTA triggers on the server right now that can't download because your truck has no connectivity.
Do you have your truck or is it still at the dealer? Do you have FORScan? If not, you need to get the adapter. Whatever it is, I'm sure it can be fixed, but I can't see anything without your truck's modem working. I'm working in the dark here.

Oops my bad, when you said "when I get back to the dealer" when we talked last year I assumed it was a ford dealer. I use to own a few British cars(Triumph) back in the day and won a VTR national concourse with my TR-3.
My '21 F150 XLT went in for the newer Transmission Update (which i think they just reset the adaptive learning) and everything is running smooth. Dealership informed me that my APIM is outdated and will need to be updated along with some other updates for the cluster, the infotainment for Apple CarPlay, etc. Not sure if there's a way to do this at home instead of paying 300-400 bucks again at the dealership.
Also has anyone had issues with the Automatic Updates in the vehicle being set off and unable to toggle to ON?

Do you know if by chance there was ever a bulletin about the faulty APIM that can be brought to FORD to maybe create a recall for other individuals having the same issue?
