2023 APIM problem

Hey Rugedraw, wondering if you could check my VIN for me. I purchased a 2021 Lariat PB last Friday and figured my software was out of date. I had my technician friend hook it up to FDRS and there was a multitude of updates waiting to be done. Ideally trying to unlock bluecruise and full screen carplay. We did the IPM and APIM update but paused since those and a couple other minor packages took about 2 1/2 hours to complete. Since then my Sync Version is on 243, prior to the update I was unable to turn on automatic updates. After the update was done I could enable this feature however after shutting the truck off and sitting in my driveway (connected to wifi) the revision number is now blank and the automatic updates feature is greyed out again. Furthermore, I also lost the 'lane keeping steering assist when using cruise control while trying to update modules to enable bluecruise since I have active 2.0 prep. Can you please check the VIN and see what's going on? Thank you. 1FTFW1ED5MFB37013
Edit: I read the thread in the above post, not sure if I should go back to my friend and process all of the other updates or just buy a mongoose cable myself. Just confused since we did do a few major updates through FDRS earlier today.

So I tried with mongoose FDRS process over the weekend. Was able to update all the other module except APIM. I created two different usb sticks inserted in to the usb port it’s says USB detected but didn’t update tried multiple times. Now I have left USB plugged in the truck and waiting for the system to show up for update. Is there an any other way to do it faster other routes?
