Got it. And what's the problem with your screen?

Screen was going black or freezing. Seems to have gotten better. The truck has been in six times. Three times for screen and after they worked on that, the Ford Pass and Trailer light check does not work.

I don't understand why they cannot figure this crap out. The last thing they did was replace some module, but it did not work. Before that, an antenna, They have never changed the modem.

I had 3 apims replaced, doesn't mean squat unless unless they are able to update. Mine couldn't update because a cpl of other modules, but Rugedraw and Jessie helped me thru the FDRS process, all is good now.

rugedraw works at ford in florida, his friend is a tech guy that knows quite a bit about the F150 modules and computer system. Rugedraw can rent you a mongoose cable to hook up with FDRS. They are legit and can Guide you in the right direction when the dealers wont do crap.

I believe your GWM may be misconfigured. It's very difficult troubleshoot these things in the dark. I need to see the codes it is reporting. The module they replaced was the GWM, and they seem to have programmed it properly from what I can see in vehicle history as far as the software goes. However, I do not see they ran the config on it afterward. Even so, if the config for the GWM was wrong, then when they installed the new module, it would have put the same bad config on it. It seems your truck has had communication problems for some time now. OTA history shows several updates failed due to them expiring and you have 3 active OTA triggers on the server right now that can't download because your truck has no connectivity.

Do you have your truck or is it still at the dealer? Do you have FORScan? If not, you need to get the adapter. Whatever it is, I'm sure it can be fixed, but I can't see anything without your truck's modem working. I'm working in the dark here.

I haven't worked for Ford for over 8 years, brother. lol I work for Jaguar/Land Rover now. Due to my relationships in the business, I still have access to Ford's systems which is what allows me to help people. Jesse is a whole different animal. That's the real guru right there.
