Yes I am, without much success... I did just run a Vehicle Health Report, which successfully sent and updated on my owners account, but without much success in downloading the sync update.

PS.. Sorry my 2013 problem is in the Present Ford threads

I have not had any luck using Chrome or Firefox for downloading the update or verifying the update afterward. Since Sync is a partnership with Microsoft, I'm sure this was not an accident. I had to use my work computer that had IE on it to do the download and to verify the update.
