How do you like the Rancho? I was thinking of getting these and try them on their softest setting.

I put Rancho 7000MT on my '17XLT SCrew https://www.f150forum.com/f7/rancho-7000mt-498744/ I'm told they'r similar to Bilstein 5100 but not adjustable. I wanted stock height w/stiffer ride and got it. but with couple sandbags in the bed this winter for traction the ride was softer. I'm considering Rancho 5000 fronts later.

I hate to be this way but we do have to remember that we are driving a truck. It's a utility/ work vehicle. Not a plush sedan that floats down the road.
The funny thing is that all the newer F250s I've driven have had a much softer ride than all the F150s I drive at work despite the LT tires on the F250. Honestly the smooth ride is one of reason I often contemplate jumping up to an F250. Ram 1500s also seem to ride much nicer even with preload style leveling kits installed. F150s in general are just much harsher riding for what ever reason, even a 2020 Lariat with stock 18" wheels and suspension still has a pretty firm ride and didn't feel noticeably improved compared to my 2014 with 20" wheels.
