Lockelamora's guy. Mini H1 v7.0 with apollo 2.0s, all matte black painted (hi and lo reflectors). Pretty simple, standard stuff. No halos or switchbacks.

I guess he got back to you! I'm going to keep an eye on how those look on his fb page. Thinking about that set up below my ds2s to go quad. I want him to paint mine too. Let me know how it goes

Yeah, B emailed me on sunday apologizing because he was busy. We got all questions answered and explored options as well as him setting up a core program, all in 24 hours.

Thats great customer service. I am super glad and grateful for you sharing him and getting these done. I'm really stoked to see them in my rig. Cant wait

Definitely going to keep my eyes on this thread. From Lockelamora's recommendation I reached out to the shop in Raleigh (only 20 mins from me)....got an email back next day saying he was swamped and apologized.

Good to know about the cutting for H1 vs D2S....I look forward to seeing what 96mn12's setup looks like.

Wow, that is killer! What is the point of the bottom projector? I know when you retrofit xenons the top projector does double duty as both regular and brights. So when adding the bottom projector - is there really any added benefit besides being awesome looking?

It looks super nice! That's the main one, I asked this question a while ago. I was told it would be twice as bright in the areas they cover, but don't necessarily add light spread. If you used two different HID kits maybe since the spreads will naturally be different, but doing quad of the same ones just looks real good and makes it super bright.

Yeah exactly. That's why if you wanted to put a lower end, cheaper projector in the bottom, or even an LED cube, it won't matter a whole lot because of the output of the top projector.

While I can see why these are a bit much for some people, I do think all the red would look a lot better when they are put back in the truck, then it's a continuation of the red. It stands out a lot more just sitting there.
