Sorry but watched the video and much rather drive the vehicle than set in a vehicle nervous as all heck.
Looks like a new mom watching as someone else is holding the baby.
It is interesting though and would be much more interested with how this reacts with other drivers on the road instead of just waiting for a night time Deer to appear.
Keep it up.

But with my testing, I've found that the max the pscm will output is 4nm of torque, and that's also the max input for override. Angles are clipped while driving, and the rate of change is also limited.
Can this be made to work on a 2019 Lariat 501A (no Tech Package, no ACC, no LDA)? What feature on the F150 actually provides the ability to control the steering wheel because afaik, mine doesn't have it?
I'd be up for picking one of the units up and helping out hacking on it if I knew I had the requisite truck capabilities.

You just need to turn the bit on in the PSCM, then intercept the can lines. Since APA is low speed only, we have to spoof the speed to make it be in that mode when moving.
ACC is another thing. While not required, it does make it much better. I will be looking into doing a longitudinal implementation sometime, so acc will not even be needed.
Right now, It's only me doing this. I have about 4 other people joining on to do testing. Once I can make it safe and reliable, I'll open up everything. It's already safe, I just need to fine tune the angle limits. Since I am using APA, all angles are available at any speed, so I have to limit the max angle and the rate of change.
Hardest part would be manufacturing harnesses. I might see if BoostedGreyGoose would be willing to make and sell them.
