It's all settings inside the firmware. Cheaper for them to write 1 package, instead of like 4 or 5 per model

Hardest part would be manufacturing harnesses. I might see if BoostedGreyGoose would be willing to make and sell them.
Sign me up! I'm more than happy to help with testing once you're ready.

I'd like to help too, but the approximately US$1000 cost of initial hardware is a bit steep right now when you're retired on a fixed income... And that doesn't include the vehicle-specific harness.

Shoot me a PM, would like to try this on my 2020 Raptor. Also, we have a full electronics shop at my office in Denver, including ociliscope, breadboard oven, etc. We also make several custom harness's, so we could possibly help you getting the harness adapter made.

Let me know!

Very nice work! I've been wishing someone would figure this out for our trucks.

I have a 2018 802a Raptor. I'd like to connect and see if I can help with any logging or tuning. I work for an autonomous vehicle company and I believe I can help.
Hope to connect with you guys!
