I did a TON of research before buying the ReadyLIFT 2.25" Level Lift (2015 Lariat SCrew FX4 OffRoad - p/n: 62215)
The RC is plastic, I ended up doing the RL because it's a billet aluminum and extremely well made ($150ish on Amazon) I think it's just better than the RC offering
I wouldn't be afraid to try that composite spacer, just to see how the longevity works out. Other than the material on that one, a spacer is a spacer, I do prefer MotoFab though. They've been very forthcoming with any questions/comments I've had, and just returning the favor by buying their products when needed.
Thanks for the feedback, since I have a few Amazon gift cards, I’m going to go with the motofab 2” since it is aluminum. I wouldn’t mind trying the composite but just feel aluminum would hold up better.
A question for y'all
I am going to level my '23 XL STX 4x4 SBCC
I think I have decided on Toyo Open Country AT3, 275/70R17 tires on OEM Raptor (+34mm offset) wheels (got a pretty good deal on the wheels)
What I am after is improving on-road handling and washboard road ride quality foremost, and also improved off-road capability. I drive a lot of washboard gravel and dirt roads relative to off-road trails, and burn the highway miles. I do pull a trailer on occasion, but if I'll be pulling something heavy I have access to heavier trucks.
I don't think I need a full 2.5 or even 2" of lift up front to accomplish that, and fit the tires.
What leveling kit would y'all recommend? The FordPerformance/Bilstein kit seems like the 'easy button,' but if I don't need or really want a full 2" of lift up front maybe I should keep looking.
Bro from what I have experienced with my 2015 Lariat FX4 SCrew, I bought 2023 Raptor take offs with 35" BFG KM02s
My best advice is add to your list the Bilstein REAR with the seperate reservoirs... Those will kill your bounce back there like completely. I love how mine rides w/2.25" ReadyLIFT up front. NO cutting of any kind.

Should have no trouble with that combination. Fox 2.0 are adjustable, and a very easy swap.

that tire size is the same width/diameter as your existing tires. you don’t need a level at all to run that combo. i think a lot of people have had good luck settling down the ride by replacing the rear shocks even with bilstein 5100s, which are relatively inexpensive and a 20minute DIY job. the 5160s with the remote reservoir would be an upgrade to that, but you probably don’t need them. you could try that, and if you want to add some level, the front 5100s or 6100 series shocks have different perch levels that you can get to 3/4” higher, 1.25”, 1.75, and 2” higher i think are the settings.
Recently purchased a set of 6112s for my '19 and will be setting them to either 0 or 0.5" of lift with MotoFab 1.5" spacers. I prefer some rake and doubt I'll ever run 35s but would like the option. I'll likely end up with 275/70/18s or 285/70/18s on 18x9 +12 and 275/60/20 on OEM 20s. Only debate is whether or not I want/need that extra 0.5" up front.

Honestly curious…why buy adjustable struts and then use a spacer on top? The 6112’s ride great at the 2” setting and they leave a small amount of rake at that setting too. Mine has about a ½” of rake set at 2”s.
