Good morning all. Just finished my King 2.5" install with remote reservoirs plus 2022 factory take off Raptor wheels. Pretty pleased with the outcome. All done in my driveway. Pretty straight forward. The drivers side front rubs ever so slightly at full left lock on the factory plastic mud flap. I plan on trimming that lip and all will be good to go. 4" in the front overall and 2" in the rear. Alignment today at 1300. Kings were purchased from Stage 3 Motorsports. Rears shipped right away but the fronts were on a 7 month back order.

The best way is to get some aftermarket wheels with a smaller offset, or some Raptor wheels with a +34, your OEMs are +44.
You could use a 1.25" spacer depending on if you have the pockets between the bolt holes on your OEM's. If no pocket, a 1.5" spacer would be needed. Now both of those options are assuming you don't want to trim the studs. I don't recommend cutting the studs, IMO just not the long term remedy.
I like the look of some of the OEMs, and understand what you're trying to do, and it could look good. You're only talking a 10mm difference in tire width, 5mm per side, which is close to that 1/4" spacer they recommend.
Did you call and talk in person to someone, or just email? I've found when having questions like yourself, you're usually better off talking to someone.
Thanks for this. Here's the latest. I ended up going with the 3" kit from Stage 3 that includes Eibach Coilovers, Grimm Upper Control Arms, Eibach rear shocks, and a 3" block in the rear (plus 1.5" from the factory block). I ordered 1.25" wheel spacers, but my factory 20" wheels do not have enough of a cutout for them to work without cutting the studs. So, I am either going to run no spacer or swap the 1.25's for 1.50's. I was under the impression I'd have rubbing with no wheel spacer, but it seems as though I won't. In fact, it sounds like the rubbing might be more of an issue with the spacer. I went with 285/65r20 BFT T/A K02's (34.6 diameter, and about 11.5" width) with the factory wheels. Anyone know if I need spacers for clearance, or if they may cause an issue?

Do you have the 285's on there now? If so, for a rough guess, measure out an 1.5" from the sidewall, to see where in the ballpark you'll be.
It's at the shop as we speak. Suspension parts are all done, he is just mounting the wheels on the truck now with the new tires. He's going to check to see if they rub without the spacer. It's getting aligned tomorrow, then I can pick it up.
bilstein 5100 leveling kit. I did set the spacer second from top. Toyo 275/75/20 and i really like the set up now. The leveling kit was rough with the old stock tires but rides much better with the new tires.
