That top pic reminds of an old add Ford what’ve done in the 80’s in an old magazine, just the whole look of it, or something right out of a brochure. Love it!
2.5” AS with 2” AS rear block
Debating whether to put the 2” block back, wish I could find a 1.75” block... 295/60/20 with 1.25” spacers
Look I respect the annoyance. I measured mine like 5x because I could swear it had a Cali lean. I was wrong. My eye doesn't suck either because I'm carpenter. So, how many people have you asked about that 1/8" difference? The surface alone could easily account for an 1/8. Tape measure not plumb? You'd really take apart the rear again for a 1/4"? Sooner or later you gotta let it go man.

Nice to know I wasn't the only obsessing over where the front of my truck would wind up... I did the Bilstein 6112 to 1.5" because, while the stock truck looked like a stink bug about to bomb the area, I keep maybe 400+ lbs in the bed at all times. If it weren't for the Roadmaster Active Suspension tweak, my truck would be TOO level, and I've measured it on every conceivable road/lot surface in my territory. LOL. And I have the novice machinist's eye (.0005") lmao. But I digress.
My truck is still! too level. I want to toss a 1/2" block under my leaf pack... Good grief. Yeah, I'll let it go FOR NOW.
Gotta have the obvious hint of forward rake for me.

Thanks for mentioning a machine shop, I hadn't thought of that! I get OCD about things but I just want it to look perfect to me, I am thinking I liked the 3/4" of rake more than I do dead level.... might have to see if I can get a set made at 1.75" and see if I like that, can you make them if you are a machinist?

BTW it looks good.
I hear you, everywhere I went this weekend I jumped out and started measuring, like you said it's crazy the differences in surfaces can make! I got the best measurement in my garage, I think that is as close to flat as I have found. I am thinking I liked a small amount of rake to the look of dead level, at least with stock rims anyways and I love the stock rims vs. aftermarket.
Yep. Some guys like their trucks dead level, others like a little rake. I hang a small trailer on the back of mine from time to time so I gotta have a little rake.
I mentioned in my prior post "novice" machinist. I know only a little. My mentor is now elderly and the equipment he used was sold. I have no access to any mill, currently, but the process is straightforward, and would probably cost an hour of the shop's rate (not necessarily cheap) but you'd get your 1.75" blocks that way.
Another way to go would be the relatively-easy installation of the Roadmaster Active Suspension kit. These attach to the rear leaf spring pack and serve as a supplemental spring. What they're best at, though, is to minimize or eliminate any axle wrap from acceleration/braking torque which reduces axle hop. Too, you should look at better shocks, and on all four corners (I forget which method you used to raise your F150).
The preload used on the RAS after it's installed will give you anywhere roughly 1/2" ride height increase at the rear wheel arch. Overall handling is improved, too.

I've been looking at this for a while. I may be putting them on my truck in the Spring for pulling my boat. I'm leveled but still have about 3/4 of rake. When I load the truck with my boat, it sags a bit. I installed Timbren SES and that helped with control considerably. In looking at etrailer's website, I found where a question was asked about this solution and the response is that it would work, but may be overkill and the SES may not allow the full benefit of the RAS. FWIW, I have Bilstein 5100 at all 4 corners with the front ride height adjusted to +2". That alone greatly improved the truck's handling characteristics.
