Thats what I have been trying to find... cant find one anywhere, at least as a kit of some sort. everything i have found so far is an actual leveling kit... rear 1" and 2-2.5" in the front or just a 1.5-2.5" for just the front.
you got any leads??

Bilstein 5100s up front can be set to stock, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75 or 2.1”. If you need the rear higher, just swap out to a larger block.

To get "close", Bilsteins set at either .79", or the next notch up is one way, or, some coilovers can be adjusted down to the height you want. On the rear, a 2" block would actually give you 3/4" lift. A couple ways to get very close to what you want.

Do you have more pictures? I think I’m going this same size and brand tire, but there are hardly any good pictures of this setup online.

ok. i go with the 5100s for the front.
if I go with a 2" block for the rear (which should only yield a 3/4 lift?? ), would I need need new shocks for the rear? or will the stocks work?

My goal here is to just give the truck a BIT more lift and keep the rake. but I am not looking to go nuts with huge suspension upgrades at this time.

You'll be fine with the OEM shocks, I've run them like that with no trouble at all. And, yes, a 2" block will yield 3/4" of lift.

Anyone have these stock with 35's 2018 f150 20" stx rims. If so what did you have to do? Level size and any rubbing/trimming?

A lot of examples of stockers wrapped in 35s in this thread with a level. It's a big thread so I can't call out any specific examples for you, but I'd take an hour or two to just scroll, see what you like. Stock, in your case, is a 20x8.5, +44 offset to help you in your search.

What’s the reason for going up to a 35 or even 33? I’m mainly wanting better ride on the street. Was thinking going bilstiens 5100 on the 1.25 setting up front with 17x8.5 pro comp rockwells with 285/70/17 tires.

Taller tires = more ground clearance.
Wider tires offer better flotation...
And obviously the mud tread does better in mud than an All- Terrain.
The All Terrain does better than the stock tires off road.
The stock tires get the best mileage and ride..... usually.

Then there is the P rated tire vs E-rated tire.
The P will ride a little better.....and the E a little harsher.

285/70/17 = 33.8" diameter & 11.2 section width.
