OK, so here's the progression and why. My problem with the Factory Rake on my 2019 F-150 was related to using it as a plow truck. I no longer plow professionally but still needed my new truck to take care of the driveway here in Maine. I like the F-150 over the bigger trucks for the versatility. I could use it as a grocery getter and enjoy the Hot-Rod aspect of it too.
My problem came when the plow (only a 7 1/2 ft. Boss) dragged on pavement when raised. I started just by lowering the rear with 2" shackles in hopes that this slight correction, that only translated into an inch drop in the rear, would change the pitch enough up front. Not really. I like the low rider look but it wouldn't do it for me as a work truck.
So I went ahead and added 2" spacers to the struts (actually only 1 1/2 in. but resulted in the full 2 In. rise. Now this truck is LEVEL.I like it! Sometime I may put the stock shackles back to regain a 1 in. rake and keep it level when carrying cargo.
What do you think?

Looks better. I'd consider a set of Timbren SES stops for the front if the plow is still too low. That's the only down side of a Boss, cant make adjustments easily because it's not a chain lift. I put the SES stops on all of our plow trucks and it did help.
All suited up for snow on Monday and Tuesday after lowering the rear and lifting the front. I have 500# sand in joint compound buckets in the rear and the plow on the front. This set up is just what I wanted.
Someday I'll go for some new tires but not until I wear these out first. The stock rear shocks are leaking so I'll have to see if what the dealer replaces them with improve the ride.
