What did you do to accommodate that size? or have you done so yet?

I also need to measure width of my stock wheels to determine what tire sizes I can go with. Unless I go with wheels too.
Yes, you can measure there.
All you need is a reference point.
You can jack up under the bumper too, remeasure, and see if it's where you want it to be.
Blocks are available in .25" increments .
I personally like a slight rake, because even with the bed perfectly level, just the body design can make the truck look a little nose high.

Looks like I will need 2.5 just to level. that is current difference between front and rear.

Search or PM Goathead(silver Screw shortbed)
He has a 2.5" block in back, and his truck looks great(at least some of us think so).
It has the slightest rake, check it out and see if it's what you think you want.

Here you go, Goathead's truck with 2.5" rear block
(I love this stance, I'm sure he won't mind the good press, lol)

Haha, thanks! I believe that if you set the bilsteins at 2.1" that a 2.5" block will give you the noticeable rake without being close to the factory look. In addition, it allows you to haul some stuff in the bed and not look like your dragging your ****

From roughly center hub to center fender my measurements are:

Front: 22.24

Rear: 24.5

block in rear looks like may be 1.25 to 1.5, (guessing, have not measured it yet)

What heights am I looking for on measurement between wheel center and fender center to fit 33 and 35" tires? looks like I currently have a good amount already, just not sure is enough. I am not opposed to some rake, but mine seems to have more than "slight"

The stock rear block is 1.25"
As for the tires, I'm not sure, because different wheels have different offsets.
Any front lift should be enough for 33" tires, anything bigger you'll need to double check before you buy.
