Just look above your post?..
I'm in SoCal too and I just bought nearly the same truck, but a bit higher MSRP, for $2k less than your offer. Make the dealer give you a breakdown and an Out The Door price that you are comfortable paying.
Watch out for BS they try to tack back on. Don't pay high doc fees, don't pay dealer prep, don't pay for anything that's already in the MSRP. Skip the coatings, rust proofing extended warranties... all snake oil.
My dealer added a $1,550 line called "accessories" and tried to tell me it was the destination charge. Destination is already on the sticker at MSRP and is $1,195. Just a scummy attempt to milk me of $1,550.
I called them on it and they took it off. Jerks.
It's this kind of garbage that made my Ford buying experience the absolute worst I've ever experienced in 36 years of buying cars and trucks.
Good thing I like the truck.

Well, they have already given you a $7,330 discount, which I think puts you below invoice. Now ask them to print out the "Compatible Program Bundles" for your truck which shows all the incentives you qualify for and when they expire. I'm in California and my incentives on a '16 XLT add up to $7, 750.
Hope that helps...
Good luck!

I went to Ford of Upland... they don't have a big selection and I bought one of only two Lariats... all the rest are XLTs... but the other Lariat there is very similar to the one I bought, at a decent price.
Here's the one that's left... http://www.fordofupland.com/vehicle-...?vuid=13927626
Just be careful dealing with them, they are very hard to negotiate with and will pad their OTD price with BS that you shouldn't pay. But that selling price is decent.

How did they offer you 7,750 in rebates on a 16'. My local dealer just sent me over the rebate as being 5500.00. Said I can get a little more if I financed thru Ford, but he said if I have good credit it wouldn't make sense. Reason stated was Ford financing is higher than local banks offer and you only get another 500.00. Oh, I just looked up you can get an additional 1000 rebate if your a current Ford owner and I'm not. Well I guess none of this helps if I order a 17' with 2500 in current rebates. And that doesn't mean anything, I'll get the rebates if any at time of delivery.
XLT Rebates are currently much better than on Lariat KR, Platinums... the dealers are swimming in 2016 XLTs.
