Same here. It took about 3-4 days. Except it was the wrong module and harness. He sent the correct part on a Friday, I had it on Monday.

I ordered my DL3Z-19A390-B from Fairway Ford on ebay. I messaged them to see if they would activate it, but if not, is there someone on the forums that will do it even if you didn't purchase from them?

Also did you have to get the security module as well?

I have a 2013 FX4 with factory remote start and I'm a little confused on what I need to get the remote start with the phone app.

Did you just purchase the remote start portion, not the security system portion as well?

I purchased both modules. Beau told me I needed to go to get the Remote Start system turned on in my truck computer first. Went to the dealer and they said minimum fee for this is 121. Does this sound reasonable or are there ways around this?
