Interesting. I installed mine (base security) yesterday but the connector was not red, but black. It did plug right into the OBDII connector though just fine. My QCC was labeled as 8/15 though, and the TASCA parts help chat stated it was redesigned into a newer part number. Hmmm....

Just did the install. From what I gather, just plug the current OBD-II plug into the red plug. Screw new connector in place. Not a lot of solid mounting places. Probably going to get some double sided tape and mount to kick panel.

Anyone running android 6.0? I installed everything but don't see a menu spot to "add a vehicle?"

Thanks much appreciated as I have a new Samsung S7 edge and after downloading the app and creating an account I could not find any drop down menu on the app to add a vehicle
