Hints, Tips and Tricks
If someone hasn't already told you, the reason for the acceleration is that activating the turn signal and moving out from behind the vehicle you are going to pass effectively tells the cruise control that you need to get back to set speed. It is a strange feeling when this happens, but it is either a design feature or design fault. I don't know what would happen if you activated the turn signal and didn't pull out. I don't plan to try it to find out though.
A company called 4D tech makes a plug in programmer for one feature disable like the double honk or the auto shut off, they are locked to your truck once you use them but you can disable the honk or auto stop start or renable it as many times as you like 4Dtech.com
So finally was able to get the back seat on my 2019 SCAB. I think the engineers that designed that should have been let go on the design phase what a PITA. This thread was really helpful and so was Youtube.

Here's a quick tip....I have a 2019 that is new to me...a month ago when I bought it the interior was without odor. Out of nowhere I got wet hot dog out of my ac vents. I tried spraying lysol into the exterior coul intake but to no avail. Then I realized this truck's A/C had probably spent most of its life on recirc... I located the return vents next to the throttle pedal and on the corresponding other side and hit it with a healthy dose of lysol! Problem solved!

Anyone know how to make sway control be off as the default when towing a trailer? I have a weight distribution and sway control hitch for my travel trailer. The sway control on the truck actually fights the hitch sway control and makes sway worse. It's a pain to have to go into the towing menu to turn it off every time I start the truck.
Thanks
