I'm going to try and get this tubing in this week. I see on the door side you can pull the strip away and you can see a cavity to run the tubing. On the truck side how do you get in? Do you have to make a cut in the weather stripping ?

yup just make a small cut, feed it one way then refeed it the other to even it out and put a little super glue over the cut and boom you are done!

I've missed something. What is the tubing you speak of and where are you putting it?

small rubber gas line style tubing that you place in the door weatherstripping to bring it back up from flattening out so your door will seal properly and not cause wind noise. Majority of the time it is the top corner seal

If you pull the 4wd shifter out then you lock your differentials......
Only the rear differential, and only if you have the E-Locker option (if you don't, you won't be able to pull the **** out anyway).

Picture? REALLY tired of hearing my doors shake when transversing bumps, in addition to the wind noise from the top seal.

For the door rattle I learned something from BMW they used O ring grease on the rubber. I have used it on my car and it expands the rubber and makes it soft eliminating the rattle.

We owned a VW Eos, a hard top convertible, a few years ago. This stuff kept the top's seals soft and happy. Pricey, but the bottle lasts for years.

O-ring grease as used on pool filters is silicone grease or the same thing as electrical contact grease. Most Auto parts stores have a little packet up front on the counter for 99 cents as it is sometimes used as brake bolt or piston grease, unaffected by water. Silicone grease does not swell or soften rubber.
