Auto stop start monitors dozens of different parameters like engine temp, steering wheel angle, pedal position and so on. You can observe all of them in real time within the ForScan Diagnostics section or ask your service department to install a Bosch VCM 2 with the 'capture state' remote button, that way when it happens again you can take a snapshot of all your parameters in that instance for your service department to evaluate.
If any of dozens of conditions are not met Auto Stop Start will not engage. I'm not going to guess at what it could be because there are too many variables. Above are two valid methods for troubleshooting. One is free, the other is not.

selt belt minder
I turned off seatbelt minder with IPC 720-01-01 xxxx xx0x xxxx now after driving it mutes radio and says to unmute radio buckle seat belt. I s there another code to disable that?

Sounds like you have a mykey active so look in your owner's manual about disabling the mykey.

if you enabled turn signals as your DRL, they will be orange. If you want them to be white they have to be parking lights.

I checked and current Forscan settings show FDxx however when I use remote start my air does not turn on. When I start truck normally it is in on position. Did I miss something?
