No great loss. Just another reason I don't stream. I never liked Spotify, or iTunes. And besides, I still use those round shinny disk things

to play music.

here is what I have dug out at 1am last night

this USB is a PDI USB sent by ford for dealers to install current maps before customer takes delivery.. and according to the technician the autoinstall.lst looks like so:

[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]

Item1 = JL7T-14G421-BA.tar.gz
Open1 = SyncMyRide\JL7T-14G421-BA.tar.gz

Options = Delay, AutoInstall

the part number for their sync3 nav usb is JV1J-10F855-AA, or HV1J-10F855-AA which can be ordered online through german ford for $38 USD https://www.online-teile.com/ford-er...c35e8bd4d2a1c9

Before everyone gets all excited...North American maps (NA) just simply don't install with the file. You need the license file as well which is specific to the serial number of your APIM.
