Look at the link posted by 2016limited above and you will understand. The 2 extra files are the edited autoinstall.lst needed for the 2 part install.

I did have wifi pop-ups and they are gone. The voice enhancement feature stays selected after shutdown. The apps are still not available but that is suppose to be an issue with IOS 12.2.5. The beta testers with 11.3 say they work with that version.

i was having issues getting the 2.3 installed (i didnt read the directions thoroughly and then got the 'bad file' error). so, with the help of a forum member, Nilesh, I was able to successfully get the install completed.
Please see here, post #17 for directions.

Hmmm. Maybe I should try this instead. Although my problem is that my system says v2.3 now but none of the features show up and my voice button on steering wheel doesn't work. I'm just worried it won't work if I just try to reinstall v2.3 since it is currently 2.3, that's why I was looking at doing v2.2 first then upgrading back to 2.3

I downgraded from the early version of 3.0 because of control errors on my 8 inch display. Audio would play and pause fine but always showed the play arrow for some reason never the pause icon.
Now on version 2.3 downloaded from ford and USB drives are back to the crazy long alpha numeric names rather than the volume name. While everything seems to work perfectly and very smoothly I think I'm going to go back to version 3.0 so I can tell at a glance what drive have plugged in.

Any good links still available?

It won't work yet. Takes the update from Ford and the update from Waze to get there. Waze said they will release by the end of the Quarter, so end of March.

They might have a beta, but not sure how you would sign up to participate.
