I upgraded to 3.0 on a 2018 Platinum and lost the Sync Connect Modem using Ford Pass app. The app states there is a problem and to contact a Ford Guide. I have tried master reset along with deleting the vehicle and adding it back. I am going to pull the fuse next and if no go then i will have to downgrade. Has anyone got 3.0 working fine with Ford Sync Connect?

I upgraded my 2018 to 3.0 and have no issues connecting with the Ford Pass app
I had successfully rolled a botched 2.2 install that lost gracenote database bac k to 2.0 before, got gracenote back then re-ran 2.2. On a non-nav the gracenote is part of the second round of the install so if the install gets interrupted before that point you lose the gracenote database. I don't see why you couldn't roll 3.0 back to 2.2 or 2.3 as long as you have those files.
