I can easily fit a baby in my console.

I was crafting up a message then realized the author of the thread.
Took a second to understand it was another stab at the current vehicle status that has become more commonplace.

I'll be there one of these days, but am enjoying the present as much longer as I can hold on to it. hahaha

Had both and went with the column shift on this truck. I think the console shifter looks sportier and is easier for manually shifting. The console gives you more room and is more convenient for everyday use, especially when using the drink holders.

The reason I went with the column shifter is I plan on swapping out to the raptor wheel with the paddle shifter.

I had the column shifter on my last F150, and now have the console shifter. I do miss a little, the extra storage space in the console that the new shifter occupies, but overall, I like the console shift better.

Some do that, yes. I had my supercab 8 years and folded the back seats down maybe once a year and never had more than 4 total on board.

Column Shifter! One of the main reasons I went with the STX
i like the space it frees up in the console and it feels the most truck to me.

I keep reaching for the column shifter when driving my old Explorer ;(
I like the extra storage it gives me but it was not a selling point.
My 1998 Expedition had the column shifter. The connecting cable to the indicator stretched (had it 18 years) and was near mid between markers.
