Default Broken down/won’t start

Went to the zoo for Father’s Day, kids were a mess so we went to leave.

Truck would crank, try to turn over then stall out. Check engine light is on. Radio, lights, windows, everything has full power. Was on a hill so coasted until flat land and tried again, thinking maybe gas was on one side of the tank. Nothing worked so it got towed to dealer.

36k Miles 2015 Eco, anyone experience this? I just want to have an idea before the dealer gets after it. Thanks.

Had two vehicles do that. Turned out to be fuel pumps in tank.

Thank you!

Only fast lane was open so they checked the battery which was good. Guy said check it out Monday but said probably fuel pump.

Thankfully I got the platinum extended warranty so hopefully it’s covered.

Man, that can be so frustrating (especially with tired kids)! Hopefully they get you fixed up, and back on the road in no time.

Gotta love it when guys start out a story with their truck... and then never check in again.

like telling everyone a joke, up to the punch line, and then vanishing.

So got it towed to first dealer(which I was told I had to closest to the breakdown) which isn’t my regular dealer. They didn’t call so Monday at 3pm called and nicely asked for an update. They said they can’t even look at it until Wednesday or Thursday.

So I had it towed to my regular dealer and still waiting for an update. Very frustrating!
