Discontinued doesn't matter, call ford and they'll build you the one you want. I was quoted $500 Canadian.

The issue was the one I wanted (with no heated seats and no rear defrost) with dual climate has a CD player slot, and my truck doesn't have that.

I never did the upgrade because of this.

You will lose the heated seat functionality, you’ll need to re-wire them to make them work.

I have been able to design and test a plug-and-play harness with an OEM seat module (along with some Forscan programming) to enable the heated seats originally installed in an XLT when you install an Autoclimate control bezel. I can confirm it works with 2017 XLT so I believe it will work no problem on a 2015-2016 XLT. I am doing some research to see if it would be compatible with 2018-2020 at the moment but I have not been able to make a determination on that yet. I am putting the final finishing touches on the first (original) harness tonight and tomorrow night that is installed in my truck.

Count me in, will be happy to help with this. I was just thinking about putting my bezel up for sale, but if this is in the works, I'll keep it.

I'll take one, was working on a switch to control the heater manually, but your solution is the best option. Awesome work btw!!

These harnesses are not cheap due to the plug-and-play feature of them OEM connectors are not cheap. This also requires the purchase of the Seat Control Module to regulate the power going to the seats. It does work and I have been using it for about 3 weeks now doing some fine tuning to the programming to get it just right. PM me if you are still interested. I also do not have any extras built at this time it will take a little bit to get the parts in and build it.
