2020 Which Frame with Which Engine
Was reading something about Ford offering two different frames and maybe other things, depending upon the engine choice a buyer chooses. Do the two naturally aspirated engines come with the stronger frame? I would definitely want the strongest frame, but still not sure if the 3.3 and 5.0 come in it.
There are three frames (LD, HD, and HPP). The strongest will come on the HDPP trucks. Certain configurations of MaxTow 3.5EB trucks will also have it. You certainly won't get it with the 3.3, and the 5.0 configurations will be extremely limited.

You can get the HDPP and it's frame, as an option on 157" wheel base Crew Cab 6.5' bed 3.5L Ecoboost and 5.0L trucks. These trucks are extremely rare and normally require ordering. They have payloads in between Standard payload 1/2 ton 5.0L/3.5L Ecoboost trucks and 3/4 ton truck payloads.

All HDPP and some Max Tow. Ford data isn't clear on the MAX tow, but I don't think anyone has reported the HPP frame on a Max Tow without HDPP except on a Crew Cab. Also don't think a HPP frame is available in 145" wheelbase, at least not in SuperCab.
My 2018 SCrew 4x4 MaxTow with 145WB (5.5' bed) has HPP frame, and nowhere was that specified (brochures, window sticker, MaxTow description, etc). Guess it's good news, but wonder how much is the extra weight, compared to an HD frame. I bought MaxTow mainly for the extra cooling, for hot TX, but wish it didn't have an even heavier frame. I honestly don't think my truck can tow any more than a HD frame, since it's limited by other factors. Heck, my payload is only 1,458 lbs; the lowest I've seen.
