Mine was built in KC but it was built two weeks ago and it's currently in transit via convoy.

Mine was completed on 5/4 and the window sticker had Convoy transit also. Still Awaiting Shipment.

Default New order

Hi there, first post here. Ordered a new lariat just over 2 weeks ago and getting impatient! Dealer says no VIN yet and COTUS says no vehicle found wither order # and dealer code. Saw that some people have gotten support on this forum from Ford to get some sort of status. Please let me know who can help, feel like a kid waiting for Christmas here!

I'm in the same boat, ordered my loaded XLT on 4/29 and nothing. PM FordService. They confirmed I'm "in order processing". Hoping my 36 gallon tank or inflatable seatbelts don't hold me up.

Thanks, I'm sure I'll get the same "in order processing status". Who and how do you pm Ford service?

Ordered mine on 4/25, VIN is showing on COTUS but no window sticker yet. I really hate waiting, and this is the only down fall for ordering a new truck vice getting one off the lot.

My wife said next I am talking about a new one, she is gonna order it and then we'll just go get it and I'll never know. Haha, yea right.

As promised here are the pictures back after the ceramic coating. I can't believe how scratched up the truck was after the dealer prep.

To have the work done wasn't cheap but it came out fantastic. The product itself didn't cost so much, it was all of the prep work involved to get this right. Unlike wax this finish is permanent so any imperfections will be locked in for life. It's like a new clear coat. That is why prep is so important.

He hand washed it, clay barred the entire truck, polished the paint, had to use rubbing compounds to work out some bad spots in clear coat and all of the micro scratches. Then he applied the ceramic coating, and sealed it at the end of it.

He had about 10hrs of work in the truck all said and done. I'm very happy with it and from now on any new vehicle I will have the dealer skip the wash/prep and take it straight to him before I do anything.
